Job duties:

• Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in product development, quotations and order follow-up
• Follow up sample development and projects
• Liaise and communicate with customers, suppliers and other internal teams (QA, shipping, accounting, design) to ensure on-time delivery production and shipment; as well as meeting customer’s requirements
• Maintain detailed records of order status

Job requirements:

• Diploma or above, 3 years or above experience in trading companies, agents or buying offices
• Experience in lighting, home decorations industries would be an advantage
• Work hard, well-organized, detail minded
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Travel to PRC is required
