Company Background

Our client is a global leading materials supplier to PCB manufacturers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve program scopes, goals, action plans, budgets and milestones for projects.
  • Identify potential risks and palliation measures.
  • Work with key stakeholders across functional teams including quality, R&D, operations, management and/or external parties on process improvement.
  • Monitor the process of projects frequently and generate evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate with global teams across departments to make sure the process for new business programs are under controlled and well organized.
  • Create compliance process in order to provide a smooth operation on cross-functional teams’ projects.
  • Review technical data to evaluate team performances.
  • Corporate with all functional leaders and project teams to perform continues improvement actions base on evaluation results.
  • Plan, manage and execute multiple new product initiatives that deliver solutions to market shorten the time to market.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical discipline or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality and/or EHS management and/or facility/operation experience at PCB or related industries.
  • Familiar with EHS programs, e.g. process safety, industrial hygiene, etc., at chemicals or related industries.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple functions in all levels and lead people to come up conclusion independently.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good command in spoken and written English.
  • Six Sigma certification and PMP is a plus.
