Job responsibilities:

Conduct strategic analysis of price, lead time, capacity, quality and MOQ of potential supplier and provide sourcing management with strategic sourcing information and report for decision making.

Collect, analyze and report commodity price, minimum wage and exchange rate periodically.

Report financial impact on product cost.

Manage and maintain supplier scorecard and supplier matrix.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holder or higher education
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in cosmetic industry
• Strong cosmetic suppliers sourcing network, especially mainland resource preferred
• Project Experiences in cosmetic industry will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluency in Mandarin,
• Strategic thinking and result orientation
• Strong planning & organizing skills
• Pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box
• Solid project management experience
• Frequent travel is requested.
