We are a pharmaceutical group with head office in Hong Kong and looking for a bright, mature, capable professional to join us for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the entire operations of the factory
• Create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment that complies with regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement measures to maximize production efficiency and the continuous improvement of factory operations and productivity
• Work closely with HK head office to ensure the implementation of research and development projects in factory meets the targeted objectives
• Any other duties essential in achieving organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, preferably with PRC Licensed Pharmacist Qualification (中國藥劑師資格)
• Having work experience in China is required
• Over 15 years’ factory management / production management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is necessary) and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
