Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with country C&R function to review APAC regional and countries' documentation to ensure alignment to APAC documentation hierarchy and Global documentation;
- Maintain and update SAP system; review and cross check documentation;
- Update internal system such as Business Management System (BMS), Point Global System;
- Prepare country C&R monthly reports and analyze audit results;
- Support and consolidate C&R activity program, training, conference and meeting;
- Ensure all activities are in line with the Company’s protocols, policies and procedures;
- Other adhoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in Compliance & Risk Management or other related discipline;
- Knowledge on documentation management and compilation/certification/ accreditation and SAP system will be advantage;
- Proficient in database and system is a must;
- Good command in both English and Chinese;
- Detail minded, flexible, responsible and attentive to detail;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Compliance & Risk Officer
