Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of the offices; 
• Liaise with different departments (Purchasing, Shipping, Factory, etc.); 
• Ensure products are made to specification and quality compliance; 
• Responsible for product development and merchandising activities; 
• Supervise sourcing, designing, selecting and identifying suitable products to fit customers’ needs and requirements;
• Provide technical advice/support on products to the customers and factories;
• Experiences in packaging artwork development coordination will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Safety and Legal compliance in USA and Europe;
  
  

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Degree holders with min. 5 years merchandising experience
• Good sourcing knowledge & familiar with standard of safety requirements in toys/pets industry; 
• Fluency in spoken or written English and Mandarin is a must;
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation; 
• Strong problem solving skills, initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges; 
• Strong leadership skills, target oriented and able to work under pressure; 
• Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent problem solving skills; 
• Able to multi-task and work in tight time frames; 
• Mature and result target driven;
• Occasional travel to China ;
