The need

• Diploma in textile and clothing or above with recent 10 years mainly focus to all kinds of sweater apparel both for Men’s and Ladies
• Strong sense and good understand the needs and market trends of USA
• Experience in handling medium to high quality brands with sizeable trading and manufacturing work background is preferable
• Proactive character with goods sense of business intelligence and excellent analytical skill
• Excellent on managing good relationship both customers and vendors
• Excellent of written and spoken English and Cantonese (include Mandarin)

The Role

• Monitoring and managing the merchandising process from product development, sampling, sourcing, costing, price negotiate, budgeting, production allocates and delivery ensure.
• Lead the team to define merchandising strategy to meet company objective and profit margin
• Work closely with customers and build great partnership with USA sales team
• To widen strong suppliers base to maximize sourcing capacity and profit margin
• Work with various parties to solve the critical issue arising from merchandising, quality, production, fabrication, trims and shipment delivery.
• Demonstrate appropriate leadership skill to ensure team members to carry out the task in efficient and effective manner
