Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead our customer relations/sales team
Understand and interact with customers
Build long term relationships
Establish guidelines and plan to ensure excellent customer service focusing on driving customer satisfaction and engagement
Achieve/exceed customer satisfaction targets
Enhance our image
Develop and maintain the client base
Develop and implement sales plan

Requirements

Degree in social sciences or related disciplines and economics
Minimum 5 years experience in sales or retail
Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
Strong negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, analytical and planning skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines and under minimal supervision
Mature, responsible, hardworking, independent, well organized and detail-minded
