Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Environmental:
  • Integrated Management system development, implementation, monitoring and remediation
  • Assist in preparation and implementation of audit (Internal/External/Client)
  • Review and study International and local Environmental and Safety regulation compliance issue
  • Implementation of Environmental programme (Monitoring of execution EWIs, Warehouse/Office Environmental Inspection, Environmental Monitoring and Drills)
  • Conduct & coordinate ISO & EHS related training 
  • Downstream development for restricted goods
  • Perform environmental training and conduct drill to staff and visitors
  • Apply, perpare and renew environmental licence
  • Monitor environmental performance e.g. electricity, water, waste and air

Health and Safety:

  • Responsible for safety & health management system planning and implementation
  • Monitor daily environmental health & safety operations;
  • Conduct safety inspection and prepare regularly report

Security:
  • Monitoring and inspection and review of CCTV and burglar alarm system
  • Maintain security system and network in stabilize condition

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Environment, Health & Safety, or the equivalent
  • 5-7years relevant experience for Senior EHS Officer, 3-5 years relevant experience for EHS Officer, 
  • Familiar with Process Improvement knowledge including ISO9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
  • Track record of implementation and improvement for EHS policies
  • Having experience in security management is advantage for this post
  • Good sense of responsibility and services
  • Good command of both spoken & written English a must, Putonghua is advantage
