Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for Account Receivable

• To prepare relevant closing and analysis reports on timely basis:

• To monitor and follow the payment status of customers;

• To maintain daily cash flow, bank reconciliation and monthly accounting schedules;

• To prepare sub-factories payments;

• To perform other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• LCC Higher or above;

• 3 years or above relevant experience;

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word;;

• Knowledge in Accpac software would be an advantage;

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Putonghua);

• Mature, self-motivated and work independent

• Immediately available is preferred.
