Responsibility

• Check the pattern of all new styles before bulk production
• Hold pre-production meeting prior to the starting of bulk production
• Assure consistent quality of production via our sweater manufacturing process systems, validating process, documentation
• Follow through the quality plans for incoming material check
• Continuous quality improvement, discover root cause & work on waste control
• Run regular internal technical audit
• Manage and enhance communication flows between factories and clients

Requirements

• Diploma in textile / clothing technology or equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years’ similar position experience in sweater factories
• Thorough knowledge on AQL & Quality system.
• Able to communicate with foreign auditors or inspectors
• Understand the details of US/EU safety standards
• Proficiency in English
