Responsibilities:

• Leading to transform traditional apparel factory with engineered manufacturing system and data driven operations, and driving for efficiency improvements;
• Oversee and monitor time and action calendars in order to meet production delivery schedule, as well as complete assigned project on time
• Achieve margin goals through cost analysis and negotiation;
• Co-ordinate with different functions to trouble shoot all factory and vendor issues;
• Review and improve processes and solutions in order to achieve efficient work flow internally and with external partners;
• Train, motivate and supervise teams to execute corporate goals;
• Develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships;
• Provide coaching and supporting team members in terms of communication and general performance;
• Any ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• University or Technical institution training;
• At least 10 years managerial experience in garment manufacturing for active sports products;
• Equip with skills of planning, organizing, controlling, directing, delegating, analyzing and solving problems, conflict resolution techniques and delivering results;
• Knowledge of active sportswear products;
• Preferably with Lean Six Sigma training and/or studied Industrial Engineering;
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
• Responsible, independent, self-initiative, seeking for self-development;
• Stationed in Dandong, PRC.
