Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support on production issues according to various standard parameters
- To ensure product quality in comply with the quality standard
- Responsible for developing new product and preparing nutrition information for local and overseas markets
- To execute product process flow monitoring, and food safety measures
- Hands on experience in ISO22000, HACCP
Requirements:
- Graduate in Food Science, Nutrition or related discipline
- 3 years relevant working experience is needed and preferable in Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and good analytical mind
- Familiar with Hong Kong / China food regulations
