Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the implementation of social compliance processes
• Communicate compliance standards, expectations and requirements to suppliers, business teams and third parties
• Coordinate processes to ensure supplier documentations and records flow seamlessly
• Perform risk analysis of supplier base including report review and onsite assessment 
• Support in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the general operation of supplier compliance program 

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in any discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in garment industry or buying office
• Experience in social compliance / factory evaluation is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft (Powerpoint and Excel) skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel
