University Graduated in Production & Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering background

- Over 15 years experience as Production Manager in EMS/ODM Electronics Manufacturing industry

- Familiar with High-Mix-Low-Volume manufacturing  process .

- Good Experienced in SMT, PCBA and Casing Assembly Line

- Over all  viewing  on  all production process ,  ensure can meet IPC-A-610 class 2 workmanship standard and other customers  special quality requirements

- Extensive knowledge ISO 9001 & ISO/TS 16949 procedures in manufacturing sector. Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an added advantage .

-Familiar with SMT machines  maintenance skillful  as advantage in this position .

- Well balance in productivity, quality and cost. Meet and Exceed KPI targets set by management. Can work and  finished mission  under pressure .

- Familiar with MRP and ERP system

- Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese

- Required to station in Dongguan, PRC
