Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative, operational and clerical support to Sales & Marketing team on daily operations
• Handle general office duties, including sample arrangement and document filing etc
• Liaisewith related internal departments and factory
• Handling customers' enquiries and complaints
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry especially in electronic, lighting or household products
• Good command of both English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, well-organized, positive manner and attitude, great team-work ethic and good communication skills
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and hardworking
