Job Duty 工作範圍:

• Existing Product: Efficiency improvement/Process Optimization
• New Product: Production feasibility study/Improvement of industrial design/work flow/work station arrangement
• Production equipment/jig/fixture design and development
•  Liaise and cooperate well with various departments
• Station in Dong Guan factory (Feng Gang Area)
• 舊產品: 提議改善方案 - 直通率 / 生產率 / 可靠性
• 新開發產品: 可生產性分析及改善 / 工序流程 / 工位平衡
• 簡化流程, 流程自動化
• 生產夾具設計 
• 需與廠內不同部門交流
• 工作地點: 駐東莞廠房 (鳳崗區)

Job Requirement工作要求:

• Higher Diploma or above in Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical engineering/ Manufacturing or relevant discipline
• Good in Written & Spoken English
• Good in Mandarin
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry/ supervisor level or above
• Familiar with Die-Cast/Metal Stamping
• With knowledge of Moulding construction/ Plastic material application/ Injection technology
• 學歷: 專上 / 大學 : PIE (生產及工業) / 機械 / 制造 工程
• 能以英文編寫文件及 以英文/普通話溝通
• 3年相關工作 / 管理 經驗
• 熟悉 壓鑄 / 五金 沖壓工序
• 了解模具結構 / 熱塑性 / 熟固性塑膠 材料的應用 / 注塑前膠料準備 / 注塑机設定
