Job Responsibilities:-

-   To achieve Factory budget KPIs including Efficiency, SAM cost, Quality performance, Shipment and MU performance, Headcount control.

-   To direct supervise departments: Auto Knitting, PRD, IE, PPC, WH, QA, Sample Room, MEC, WAS;

-   To coordinate with  departments: HRD, ISD, FIN, LOG, SUS, ADM, PMD to ensure factory operate under healthy condition and pursue for continuous improvement.

-   To establish factory plan through proper productivity and process improvements, resources management, equipment and automation development, and quality improvement

-   To drive factory staff and workers to achieve production goals within the parameters of cost targets and delivery schedule

-   To drive for shorter production lead-time and optimize production workflow system to enhance productivity.

-   To implement control and measures to minimize wastage and reworks

-   To engage internal functional teams to ensure factory compliance, CSR performance up to company expectations.

-   To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

-  Bachelor Degree in Business Management;

-  Over 8 years experiences in garment factory management, preferable in Mainland China;

-  Good knowledge of garment manufacturing, industrial engineering and quality control system;

-  Strong leadership skill, strategic thinking, analytical and good problem solving skills;

-  Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin;

-  Station in Dongguan PRC is required.  Immediately available is advantage.
