Job Responsibilities:

• Base on the company TPM management system requirements to work out the guidelines and strategy;
• Define the objectives of TPM to establish the yearly plan, regular assessment & implementation plan;
• Establish TPM teams activities & organize TPM projects, define TPM check points & assessment standard index and training the knowledge & skills to the team;
• Setup TPM review, audit and execute appraisal system and mechanism;
• Conduct TPM implementation, reward & punishment and analysis report to continuous optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of TPM system;
• To optimize he spare parts management system and effective to control the cost,
• and check point, assessment standard index and training the knowledge  skills to the tam
• Develop and review sales strategies to meet company business goals;
• Manage customer relationship by providing proactive and efficient advice and services;
• Be cognizant to market trend by actively sourcing and analysing information from Product Development Team, overseas office, stores, customers and suppliers;
• Team with production and supporting functions to ensure right quality, prompt delivery and ever decreasing lead-time;
• Manage team performance by means of budget, report, training and coaching.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in textile / clothing or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years sales & marketing experiences in T-shirt & Sweater products, of which 3 years at managerial Level;
• Prior experience in US brands is an advantage; 
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred;
• Energetic, outgoing and result oriented;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Good in spoken Japanese is definitely an advantage;
• Station in PRC Dongguan.
