Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and complaints;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure order fulfillment;
• Provide supports and assistance to the Business Service Team;
• Maintain good relationship and close communication with the factory and local/overseas partners;
• Involve in the product development process and production follow up;
• Prepare cost sheets, documents and reports to management;
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks and office administration as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science or related disciplines;
• 5 years and above relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin;
• Ability to take care of end-to-end process from order placement to delivery;
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority;
• Detail-minded, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Willing to travel to China if necessary.
