Production Coordinator

Communicate with factory, follow up on all merchandising activities including material, sample and internal correspondence arrangement
Closely coordinate with factories for manufacturing process to ensure on time delivery
Order tracking, system data maintenance and updates
Handle shipment/packing discrepancies with vendor and warehouse coordinator
Coordinate shipping booking and arrange transportation for delivery
Follow up with reported quality complaints from customer
Back up support to Office Manager
Assist On all Office routine

Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
Travel to production sites in China when necessary
Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in spoken Putonghua
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Detail-orientated and systematic
Independent and Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
Able to prioritize tasks and handling multi tasks with tight deadlines
Familiar with using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
