Factory Manager:

Requirements:

~ Degree/ Diploma in Textile/ Garment Manufacturing is highly preferred but not a must

~ 8-10 years equivalent solid working experience in garment manufacturing (experience in manufacturing of infant wear and/or outerwear is highly preferred), with the last 5 years holding a managerial role in sizable factory

~ Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc.

~ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

~ Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution

~ Good communication and interpersonal skills

~ Strong leadership ability and able to work independently

~ Good communication and presentation skills 

~ Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua

Production Manager:

Requirements:

~ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Production Management, Quality Management, Textile and Clothing, Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Science or related discipline

~ At least 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience in quality management, preferably with solid experience in garment manufacturers

~ Familiar with industry, national and international standards on quality management and product quality

~ Strong leadership, self-motivated, high level of integrity, good team player, sophisticated interpersonal skills with all levels

~ Good communication and presentation skills

~ Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
