Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

• Management of orders and the delivery timeframes
• Maintain relationships between buyers, factories, Quality Assurance and Control
• Work closely with Design Team and Quality Assurance Team in sample development & bulk production
• Handle buying trip and price negotiations with factories independently
• System update of sample & production status is required
  
  

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 5+ years sourcing experience with menswear & womenswear is essential
• Preferred have buying office and product development experience
• Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
• Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Aggressive, assertive, team player, and a can-do attitude
• Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
• Willingness to travel when required & as necessary
• A confident and proactive work ethic
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Qualification is preferred but not essential
