Job Description

Our client is a FMCG client and they are looking for a Group Brand Manager to support the rapid business growth in Asia. Reporting to Senior Marketing Managers and you will be responsible for :

 

RESPONSIBILITY 

  • To be in charge of innovation for the company in order to achieve the future product sales, and targeted market share, as well as other desired brand equity development mission
  • Leader of the consumer marketing design for innovation projects for brands that will reach the market over the next 2-3 years 
  • Responsible for concept development, research & qualification for all commercial, product and packaging projects. This includes line extensions, renovations and /or breakthrough innovations. This also includes launch of product in new geopgraphy
  • To develop the marketing plan/ launch strategy to launch the products 
  • Be the project team leader and work mulit-functionally in order to lead the relevant project teams towards the delivery of the projects
  • Monthly reporting to CBU board during the innovation meeting 
  • Responsible for brilliance in execution 
  • Be the leader and inspiration for marketing and the other functions in all matters related to innovation, including Danone’s innovation forums and external benchmarking
  • To ensure all marketing activites consistently comply with WHO code & local regulatory requirement 

 

REQUIREMENT

  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing / new product development from FMCG industry
  • intuition and data effectively and identify important issues and explore alternatives
  • Able to work effectively in both a cross-functional and inter-cultural team and within an international environment
  • Flexibility, looks to continually upgrade
  • Open, mature and self-driven. Able to work with people with different culture background
  • Able to play a good team role to fulfill cross –functional efficiency
  • Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
