Our client is a renowned FMCG multinational company which is looking for a Group Digital Manager - Brand Communication to support the rapid business growth in Asia. Reporting to Head of Digital and you will be responsible for:
Responsibility:
- Plan s and manages the digital elements of a brand’s marketing plan
- Responsible for keeping the digital marketing team focused on achieving the company’s goals
- Develop digital communication strategy (including social media) for different brands, products and services
- Ensure consistent and coherent brand communication
- Manage agencies, partners and vendors to drive business objectives
- Design and implement data utilization framework covering search, SEO/SEM, CRM, Analytic for different brands, products and service
- Bulid analytics & KPIs to measure success of the channel and content strategy
- Drive project management around digital communications platforms on corporate level
- Manage digital communication with brands team including risk assessment, deliverables, schedules, budgets and establish KPI’s
Requirement :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and both internal and external teams
- Must be able to manage sizable budget, understand financial acronyms, spreadsheets, cost and fee structures
- Must be able to forecast close to actual budget requirements, manage brand and finance teams when forecasting
- Must be detail oriented, forward thinking and exploratory
- Must be able to reason with logic, question validity and open to challenge
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels
- Ability to take lead of the creative development of a campaign and maintain a macro strategy
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and web site practices and technologies
- Understanding of media buying practices and terminology
