Job Duties:

• Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for property projects;
• Conduct market research and analysis;
• Prepare sales and marketing documents;
• Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors and advertising agencies to strive for the successful sales launch;
• Update marketing budget, prepare appropriate reports and manage expenditure payments.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines;;
• Over 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong;
• Initiative, detail-minded and a good team player;
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager.
