Job Description
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Proven English proficiency in both spoken with written, good command of Mandarin
- Excellent in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
- Execution of sales strategies for property projects
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Assist in estate agents management and sales launch
- Provide after-sale services to customers
