Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for property projects;
• Conduct market research and analysis on property industry and related products;
• Prepare reports for management review;
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with different agents and solicitors to achieve marketing goals;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of related working experience;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
• Proactive and customer-oriented;
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player;
• Strong in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
