Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement short and long-term sales strategies that align with our overall medical division initiatives.
• Lead a team of product specialists
• Successfully articulate sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on product benefits to healthcare professionals and other healthcare decision makers.
• Manage all relationships within the HK Hospital Authority facilities and private healthcare sectors.
• Support at a clinical level the medical equipment and consumable product program.

Expected Areas of Competence:

• Have a good understanding of HA and Private tender procedures, general hospital hierarchy and CSSD workflow.
• Have a good understanding of healthcare capital/consumables sales and marketing strategies.
• Good knowledge of promoting CSSD/TSSU products and their intended clinical use.

Education / experience requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience within medical device, capital equipment or medical consumables products
• Comprehensive training overseas will be provided to the successful candidate
