Key Responsibilities:

- Develop donor communications materials including newsletter and annual report, and other reports/documents on Heifer HK.

- Write and edit contents of marketing materials including online, offline, social media and other digital media including Website, Facebook & Instagram, etc. to increase visibility of Heifer HK in traditional and new media.

- Develop direct mails including visuals and stories for both prospects and existing donors, focusing on one-off donations.

- Work with agencies, designers and vendors to produce content for marketing, fundraising and communications materials.

- Work with all Heifer HK teams to ensure consistency and accountability.

- Handle media enquiries if needed.

- Assist Senior Manager in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.

- At least 5 years relevant experience, with knowledge of Hong Kong media landscape and social media platforms a plus.

- Excellent written skills in Chinese and English.  Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese.  Mandarin strongly desired.

- Strong experience in design and production.

- Be able to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels.

- Customer-focused, self-started and detail-minded.
