Job Description

• Oversee and develop social media marketing strategies for both our clients and potential clients, mainly focusing Facebook & Instagram;
• Professional in Facebook Business Manager, Adverts Manager & Power Editor; familiar with Facebook advertising formats and functions (e.g. remarketing, lookalike audience, targeting, etc.)
• Conduct data analysis, control budget for Facebook marketing spend and tracking its ROI, to ensure campaign activities are driving an optimal level performance;
• Review Facebook advertising performance and derive actionable insights for optimization plan;
• Monitoring campaign delivery results, evaluate audience behavior and adjust Facebook marketing and advertising plan;
• Identify Facebook advertising trends and implement best practices, especially on Facebook audience remarketing;

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder, preferably in Online Marketing, Communications, Social Media or other related discipline;
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in online marketing, and 2 years in managerial level;
• Excellent demonstrate skills, solid experience in executing and analyzing Facebook marketing campaigns;
• Experience in digital marketing agency would be an advantage;
• Proven Facebook marketing & social media experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate and influence both internal and external parties to work toward common goals;
• Strategic thinker and creative marketer;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Mircosoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
