Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of the E-Commerce business
• Manage the full P&L and plan for sales budget/forecast
• Manage all functions of the E-Commerce business include but not limit to Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Customer Services, Inventory, IT, Logistics
• Build online channels, partnership with varied digital platforms
• Provide sales and growth analysis on product lines and categories for product development
• Provide market information and competitive landscape to identify new prospects opportunities, competitive forces, market trends, customer preferences and product pricing
• Work closely with internal and external partners
• Handle online store platform development / enhancement project with good sense of user experience and creativity 

Job Requirements:

• Degree in eCommerce / Business / Marketing related disciplines
• 8 years of online business management experience in fashion
• Solid knowledge in US, Europe & Asia Pacific market is essential
• Proven track record in driving eCommerce strategies
• Experience in web development is a plus
• Proactive, creative and flexible
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Good team management and organizational skill
