Responsibilities:

• Handle complaints and queries (include customer and internal staff)
• Liaise internally with the relevant departments to address resolution of customer’s request and complaints.
• Ensure customer database records are maintained with the correct information.
• Build customer retention programs for different regional offices (include HK, China & overseas).
• Prepare and submit reports on regularly basis for customer, corporate head office and regional offices.
• Ongoing performance review of Network Operations, Customer Service departments and the vendors.
• Provide support to Sales team including regular update on sales enquiry platform.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or relevant experience
• Customer-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical mind with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
