Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, policies and initiatives
• Liaise with Principals on execution of the sales and marketing plan / activities
• Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, pricing, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, etc.
• Plan and execute action plans for business development
• Plan and manage the A&P budget
• Work closely with the advertising agent on branding development and advertising launch of various marketing programs
• Monitor, research, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communications to make appropriate improvements and recommendations
• Constantly monitor and analyze industry trends to pro-actively respond to changing market conditions to maximize growth and profit potential
• Data analyze and market intelligence collection
• To closely work with internal team to execute the marketing strategy & tactics and achieve business target and build corporate image

 Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism / Communications / Marketing or a related discipline
• At least 15 years’ relevant work experience, of which 8 years should be at managerial / supervisory level
• Marketing experience in health product, pharmaceutical or FMCG is an advantage
• Strong sense to media market trend and consumer behavior
• Creative, independent, able to work under pressure and be highly self-motivated
• Able to manage ad hoc project and meet tight deadline
• Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Marketing Manager
