Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute relevant, cost-effective and timely promotion for company’s trade shows through various media including B2B magazines, newspapers, outdoor ads, roadshows and events, and external publications & databases.
- Plan and execute trade show visitor recruitment campaigns to drive visitor attendance and enhance loyalty.
- Explore external publications & databases and execute related marketing campaigns
- Monitor marketing campaign progress, cost control and reporting in timely manner
- Work closely with English and Chinese copywriters and designer on content and creative for various media channels
- Contact, negotiate and deal with internal business units on company’s O2O objective, and external vendors/agencies for media booking, production and installation
- Performs related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
You are a cooperative team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and a university degree preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
You have at least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience preferably in the field of advertising, marketing, communication, tradeshow or related Business-to-Business environment. Digital or social media marketing experience will be an advantage.
You are a creative and self-motivated person, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure. Knowledge on design tools will be an advantage.
