Key Roles and Responsibilities

• To lead a marketing team, responsible for the overall marketing management of the assigned product portfolio, which aim to drive for sales, brand exposure and market shares
• New product development and launches in order to enhance product portfolio and capture market opportunities
• To formulate marketing strategies, work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth & effective implementation of marketing programs, new product launches, distribution & merchandising strategies of the brand so as to achieve brand & business objectives.
• To supervise inventory planning & forecasting
• To supervise & control A&P budget of responsible product portfolio

Qualification and Experience

• Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in consumer marketing, preferably from MNC companies and related to consumer healthcare industry
• At least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
