Job Description

Objectives

Develop and lead the implementation of a marketing communications strategy in support of International Sales and Business Development for the company’s capital introduction business.

Define competitive positioning and help establish the business as the preferred China Capital introduction platform. Create communication messages, sales presentations and collateral and ensure consistent quality of reproduction and dissemination, using the most cost- and resource-efficient means available.

 

Scope

Customer Marketing Communications

  • Provide day-to-day contact between the General Manager, Publisher, CEO  and relevant department heads
  • Create sales support presentations, collateral, traditional and e-mail, for direct mailing
  • Create sales training material
  • Generate product and service advertising by using internal media
  • Maintain sponsorship rates
  • Utilise social media marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Work with and gain support from the CEC marketing team to create:
    • Event design, decoration and collateral material
    • Online promotional programs
    • Online market research

 

Public Relations

  • Formulate press releases and communications
  • Organise press events and meetings
  • Create and place advertorial messages
  • Create brochures, folders, presentations, video, etc collateral
  • Create content for Corporate website
  • Research and manage speaking engagements, awards, etc.

 

Internal Communications 

  • Plan and coordinate internal events
  • Prepare content for Exchange

 

General Administration 

  • Support bi-annual JOA planning
  • Prepare budgets under direction of the General Manager

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related subjects
  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ brand management experience
  • Experience in the financial industry preferable gained from experience from working with multi-national organisations
  • Strong analytical and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines
  • Fluency in English is a must and in Mandarin preferred
