Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement effective strategic sales plan to achieve long term business plans
- Responsible for P&L, managing and controlling the sales budgets
- Develop and organize promotional and advertising plans to maintain corporate image and identity
- Direct and manage the sales team including retail and wholesales sections
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
- 10 years experience of which 8 years at managerial level in HK retail industries
- Experience in FMCG will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative, self-motivated, independent and work under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin & English
