The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Commercial Team of CT3 in sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

• Conduct market research and data analysis for trend and industry update to explore on new business opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and sales materials as required
• Assist to organize / participate in marketing events and conduct terminal tours to our customers
• Engage in testing relating to terminal system enhancements
• Provide backup support in billing and customer service functions
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Logistics or relevant discipline
• An energetic candidate with 3 – 5 years’ working experience in customer services and sales & marketing.  With exposure to container/ shipping business is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded, innovative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is also preferred
• Recent university graduates will also be considered

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Commercial Officer
