Job Description
Supporting the Head of PR & Communications in below responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop and implement strategic and tactical fundraising plans to meet donation targets.
- Plan and manage regular and ad hoc events for PR, fundraising and communications purposes.
- Ensure timely and professional communications on all printed and electronic platforms.
- Proactively develop and manage donor relationship including identifying new donors to expand donor base and deepening ties with existing donors.
- Lead or support in developing business cases and proposals to seek funding support.
- Work closely with all operation heads of HKBCF to ensure that their services are timely and accurately publicized and communicated with the stakeholders from PR, fundraising and communications perspectives.
- Establish effective processes and systems to manage our PR, communications and fundraising activities.
- Plan and control PR, event and fundraising budget.
- Manage external agencies and service providers on an ongoing and ad hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, with a major in PR, communications, event management or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years’ experience in PR or fundraising event or PR and/or communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Well organized, detail oriented and capable of prioritizing and advancing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Proficiency with PR, digital marketing, social media and other emerging communications vehicles.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with people from a broad range of background internally and externally.
- Candidates who can demonstrate higher level of competence may be considered for Manager, PR & Communications.
