Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales and marketing functions including but not limited to coordination with internal and external consultants, sales office / show flat planning, sales strategy planning, etc

Requirements:                                                                                       

-        Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines;

-        Holder of relevant real estate agent licenses  

-        Solid knowledge in Hong Kong statutory regulations and legislations

-        Over 8 years hands-on working experience in sales and marketing of real estate       

         developer or real estate consultancy

-        Strong leadership, planning, management and communication skills

-        Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese.
