Responsibilities :

• Meet acquisition targets for new French-language customers
• Oversee daily online marketing operations in multiple channels including but not limited to: social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), bloggers, and affiliate marketing
• Co-manage French-language paid ad campaigns (e.g., Adwords, Facebook) and French-language copy
• Seek online and offline PR exposure in French-language media and territories
• Identify websites / groups / organizations for potential partnerships with YesStyle
• Communicate and build rapport within and between teams to achieve results
• Be responsible for planning, budgeting, and reporting

Requirements :

• Marketing or related degree
• Fluent in spoken and written French
• Good English communication skills
• 7 years or more in marketing. Online experience would be a plus
• Strong business sense and good with numbers
• Understanding of consumer market in France
• Ability to coordinate with other teams and prioritize tasks and assignments
• Strong interest in e-commerce, blogs, social media, and online marketing
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Interests in and knowledge of beauty industry is desirable
