This listed multinational is a leading retail and brand owner. An opening exists for a senior CRM professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong in a regional senior CRM role for Asia Pacific.

In this role you will report into the head of the brand for Asia Pacific and will be responsible for building upon the existing CRM, loyalty and analytics function and advancing its capability. You will define CRM strategies and work with local markets and external vendors towards fully integrating CRM and analytics with marketing, all channels and consumer touchpoints. Incorporating tracking, reporting and post campaign analysis, and working with and utilising consumer insights to improve CRM and loyalty effectiveness will also form an important part of your role, as will developing CRM training and establishing and sharing best practices and providing guidance on CRM-related technologies.

Requirements

•  A minimum 12 years in regional consumer focused CRM, loyalty and marketing analytics
•  A successful track record developing and implementing CRM strategies and programmes
•  In-depth knowledge and experience of CRM platforms, technologies, systems and processes
•  Fluent written and spoken English; an Asian language is a plus
•  Willingness to travel
