Job Description
Our client is one of the world's leading and largest luxury goods companies, owns some of the most valuable brands in the business. They are currently looking for the position of Regional Senior CRM and Digital Marketing Manager
The Job:
- This position will report directly to the Director of Regional Marketing Team.
- Responsible for CRM and Digital related business planning and analysis, identifying key business objective.
- Analysing data from different sources and identifying key insights and opportunities
- Data strategy building and connection across all CRM and digital channels such as Facebook and communication apps.
- Measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty programmes with retail and marketing team
- Development and monitor of regional CRM guidelines and information reporting
- Develop 360 analysis approach and consulting on date insights and campaign data strategy
- Coordinate and partnership with marketing department identifying business opportunities through between E-commerce and M-commerce
- Budget control and reports
The Candidate:
- University graduate in marketing, related disciplines
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in CRM and Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, business level English and proficiency in Chinese
- Leadership and management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and across cultures environment
