My client, one of the leading financial institution, is looking for Content Marketing Officer to provide effective support for communication and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage effectively content calendar/inventories/owners and marketing campaigns
• Ensure content is updated according to agreed schedule
• Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure consistent message across channels
• Revise and measure particular content and marketing goals
• Assist in usability tests to gauge content effectiveness and make respectively recommendations
• Assist in screening out sales pitches and looking for the relevant brand/customer story
• Track new content marketing ideas especially for financial industry
• Conduct UAT and support development efforts as needed for new releases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Translations or related communications fields
• Relevant experience creating content for the web and growing social audience
• With Innovative Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume
• Passionate about new technology/digital platform and willing to embrace change
• Positive, responsive and detail-minded
• Knowledge of video/visual development tools
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Good interpersonal skill and love to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Good project management skills
