Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing marketing, advertising and PR program, so as to enhance brand awareness and image building.

• Working closely with all external vendors, advertising, PR and event agencies on program production and management.

• Assistant in maintaining good relationship with media, including journalists, editors and bloggers, to assist in pitching quality PR coverage and maximizing the brand’s exposure.

• Coordinate with PR & Communication agencies on press release write-up and PR event organization.

• Supervise the production of marketing collaterals for corporate branding, product marketing, consumer events and sales promotions, etc.

• Coordinate with Retail, HR & Admin Department in explaining background and details of the promotional, PR and event marketing programs.

• Updating of company’s website content and monitor the progress and effectiveness of the company’s social media campaigns, under the supervision of Senior Marketing Manager.

• Assist in monitoring budget control for Marketing and PR functions.

• Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Director of Business Development and Marketing.

   

  Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in marketing and/or advertising and/or PR field, preferably with related experience in luxury products.

• Good understanding in digital marketing is a must.

• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to details.

• Good presentation skill.

• Fluent in English and Chinese language. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.

• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop.
