任职要求/Requirement:
1、3年以上销售精密塑胶模具工作经验。
Three years’ or more sales experience in mold of plastics product or parts.
2、熟悉本行业当前市场发展趋势,有一定的客户资源。
Familiar with the market trend and has some existing customer sources.
3、优秀的沟通协调及领导能力，优秀的市场营销与谈判技巧。
Excellent communication skill, good leadership, strong marketing and negotiation skill;
4、良好的职业道德，较强的责任意识。
A man of integrity, strong sense of responsibility;
5、英语读、说、写流利。
Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing

岗位职责/Responsibility
1、根据公司整体规划，制订市场拓展计划。
Establishes business development plan according to the company's overall planning;
2、负责对业务工作进行分析、管理和实施，积极开展市场调查、分析和预测。
Is responsible for market research, analysis and prediction;
3、掌握市场动态，积极适时、有效地开辟新的客户，拓宽业务渠道，不断扩大公司商品的市场占有率。
Understands the market dynamics develops new customers, timely and effectively broaden business channels and market share of company products.
4、负责业务谈判、业务合同和协议的草拟。
Is responsible for business negotiation, draft of the business contracts and agreements
5、认真分析市场状况，为分公司经营管理出谋划策。

6、对外公关品牌宣传，扩大公司品牌市场占有率。
Is responsible for brand publicity and expanding the company's brand market share;
