Nakama Global have partnered with a leading global integrated digital agency in search for a highly motivated and digitally savvy Account Director to join their fast-paced and innovative team! Based in Hong Kong, the ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in account servicing with revenue/budget management responsibility too. Experience and passion for digital innovation is key and the ability to look at customer engagement & brand awareness journeys too. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage account revenue and profitability/budgets
• Devise & implement strategic direction for clients/accounts
• Deliver metrics on particular campaigns or brand awareness strategies
• Ensure all projects are managed according to designated timeline/budgets
• Be responsible for coaching & mentoring teams
• Act as a marketing & business consultant for client’s business plans
• Conduct ongoing research regarding new digital & customer journey strategies within the market
• Drive and identify growth opportunities for the business by strengthening brand reputation and awareness

Requirements:

• Degree level qualification in business or marketing
• 7+ years experience across creative advertising agencies, digital & experiential
• Experience working on APAC marketing campaigns
• Experience working in account servicing/client lead function is essential
• Fluent in English
• Experience managing large budgets & achieve revenue for accounts
• Passionate about digital, customer experience journeys and how to excite & engage
• Inquisitive, team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to lead, coach and mentor while also ensuring smooth working relationships across internal/external stakeholders
