Leading the marketing & creative strategy for many exciting & reputable brands, the ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience in strategic planning/market research, be very inquisitive in nature, passionate about digital and looking at how branding & marketing strategies can excite and engage!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to provide strategic planning in brand and digital to shape the work for all company accounts and projects
• Perform consumer, industry and market research
• Drive innovative digital insights and strategies that lift the thought leadership of the company
• Build a strong relationship with clients and internal parties for strategic, research and knowledge development
• Support business development and push innovation with a strong strategic business mind

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of strategic planning experience in agencies, with brand or/and digital focus
• Strong consumer, market and industry insights
• Solid skills and competent capability in strategic planning and brand development
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital market, and building digital in integrated marketing plans
• Concrete experience in full-cycle planning
• Willing to learn something new, and passionate about digital
• Fluent English with additional languages a plus
