Vanke Hong Kong is now seeking a Senior Manager (Marketing and Branding) as a key person to drive the marketing strategies for sales launch and to enhance the overall brand image for the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and marketing team for residential and non-residential project launches in HK
• Lead the team and agencies on strategic planning and oversee all marketing activities, events management, showflat setup, promotion and branding activities and etc.
• Identify campaign costs, formulating bidding strategies and allocate budgets to each program
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with media and press for all public relation strategies and matters
• Manage and review all events, promotion activities, marketing communication materials to comply with the related to regulation e.g. first hand sales ordinances
• Manage CRM promotion strategy and events & maintain club’s database, social media and website
• Good sense of properties market trends and equip with art and architecture insights

Candidate Profile:

• Degree holder with major in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Real Estate or other related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in property, marketing, PR and agency industry
• Sound knowledge in residential & non-residential development projects
• Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hands-on skills on PC and social media applications including APP, facebook, wechat and website etc.
• Good team player with self-initiative
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Good business sense & market awareness
